1. What Data Will Be Permanently Deleted

• Profile & Authentication: Your name, email address, profile avatar, and Supabase Auth identity credentials.
• Property Listings & Photos: All unapproved drafts and published listings, including photos and videos in both private vault (property-media-vault) and public storage.
• Verification Documents: Any uploaded electricity bills or address proof files (verification-documents).
• Messages & Activity: Chat message threads, delivery receipts, and saved property bookmarks.
• Push Notification Records: Registered device push tokens and communication preference records.

2. Data Retained for Legitimate Safety & Legal Purposes

To prevent marketplace fraud and protect tenant/owner community safety, internal moderation history and submitted reports are retained with direct personal identifiers permanently scrubbed and removed. We never retain passwords or financial credentials.

3. Submit Deletion Request (Without Reinstalling App)
